About Metaflux Spray Solutions Thermal Spray Equipment Manufacturer

Metaflux Spray Solutions is a thermal spray and abrasive blasting equipment manufacturer based at Sector 24, Plot 10A, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Founded in 2013, the company designs and builds metallizing guns, arc spray systems, HVOF and plasma spray coating plants, blast rooms and shot blasting machines, and supplies them to maintenance and production teams across India and the Middle East — the people who have to keep a shaft, a roll, a valve or a structure in service.

Who We Are

A Surface Engineering Equipment Builder.

Metaflux Spray Solutions was established in 2013 in Pimpri-Chinchwad, one of India's densest engineering clusters and the natural place to build machines for foundries, steel plants, pump shops and fabrication yards — because those customers are next door.

We make two families of equipment that belong together. The first is thermal spray: wire flame spray guns (widely called metallizing guns in India), twin wire arc spray systems, HVOF coating plants, powder flame guns, powder feeders and gas flow meters. The second is abrasive blasting: blast rooms, airless shot blasting machines, sand blasting machines, portable blasters and the dust collection and media recovery that make them workable.

They belong together because surface preparation determines coating adhesion. A metallized zinc-aluminium coating on a bridge girder is only as durable as the anchor profile the blast produced before it. Supplying both halves means the specification is written once, by one supplier, and the accountability does not split when a coating fails a bond test.

How We Engineer

What Makes The Equipment Credible.

Design and Build In-House

Gun bodies, wire feed drives, control panels, blast cabinets and dust collectors are engineered and assembled at Pimpri-Chinchwad rather than badge-engineered from a trading catalogue. That is what lets us change a nozzle bore, a cabinet dimension or a control sequence when a customer's component demands it.

Commissioned, Not Just Delivered

A thermal spray gun that is not set up against the right gas pressures, spray distance and traverse speed produces a coating that fails inspection. We install, run trial coupons, and train the operators who will run the machine every shift.

Spares Held For The Machines We Sell

Nozzles, air caps, wire guides, electrodes, blast nozzles and filter cartridges are consumables. We stock the wear parts for our own equipment so a worn nozzle does not become a two-month import wait.

One Supplier, Both Halves Of The Job

A coating is only as good as the surface under it. Because we build the blasting equipment as well as the spray equipment, the anchor profile the blast room produces and the coating the spray gun deposits can be specified together instead of by two vendors who never speak.

Markets Served

India And The Middle East.

Machines ship by road across India from the Pune works, and by sea freight to customers in the Gulf. Commissioning and operator training are carried out on site; spares and consumables are despatched against the machine model so the wear parts match what is actually installed.

Our quality system is operated to ISO 9001:2015. Certificate details are published on our certification page.

Common Questions

About The Company.

Where is Metaflux Spray Solutions located?

Metaflux Spray Solutions is located at Sector 24, Plot 10A, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Engineering, manufacturing and assembly are carried out at the same Pune works. Visits are by appointment — call +91 72399 92555 or email Info@metafluxspraysolutions.com first.

What does Metaflux Spray Solutions manufacture?

Metaflux Spray Solutions manufactures two families of surface engineering equipment. The thermal spray range covers wire flame spray (metallizing) guns, twin wire arc spray systems, HVOF coating plants, plasma spray equipment, powder flame spray guns, powder feeders, gas flow meters and tube mill coating plants. The abrasive blasting range covers blast rooms, airless shot blasting machines, sand blasting machines, portable blasters and blasting spares. Metaflux Spray Solutions also builds complete turnkey coating systems combining both.

Does Metaflux Spray Solutions export outside India?

Yes. Metaflux Spray Solutions supplies equipment across India and exports to customers in the Middle East. Machines are dispatched by road within India and by sea freight to the Gulf, with installation, commissioning and operator training carried out on site.

When was Metaflux Spray Solutions founded?

Metaflux Spray Solutions was established in 2013 and has manufactured thermal spray and abrasive blasting equipment from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, since then.

Does Metaflux Spray Solutions apply coatings, or only supply the equipment?

Metaflux Spray Solutions is an equipment manufacturer rather than a job-coating shop. The company builds the thermal spray and abrasive blasting machines that coating shops, fabricators and maintenance workshops operate themselves, and backs them with installation, commissioning, operator training, spares and consumables.

Which coating materials can Metaflux equipment apply?

Equipment manufactured by Metaflux Spray Solutions is used to apply tungsten carbide and chrome carbide for wear resistance, zinc and zinc-aluminium wire for corrosion protection of structural steel, and cobalt-base alloys such as Stellite 6 for impact and cavitation resistance.

Which industries does Metaflux Spray Solutions supply?

Metaflux Spray Solutions supplies steel and metals, power generation, petrochemical and oil and gas, automotive and general engineering, paper and pulp, and infrastructure and structural steel.
